In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Property Guide Online has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints about content on this website, privacy concerns, intellectual property claims and other grievances.

Grievance Resolution Process
Step 1
Acknowledgment — receipt confirmed within 24 hours with a reference number
Step 2
Review — the Grievance Officer examines the complaint and the content concerned
Step 3
Action — content is removed, corrected or attributed where the complaint is valid
Step 4
Resolution — you receive our decision by email within 15 days of filing
Important Information
- Confidentiality: Complaints are handled confidentially and shared only with personnel involved in resolving them.
- IP notices: Copyright and trademark complaints must include a declaration that you own the rights concerned or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Court & government orders: Content that is the subject of a court order or a direction from an authorised government agency is actioned on the timelines specified in that order.
- Legal rights: Filing a grievance does not waive any legal rights you may have.
